We book International Business and First Class airline tickets using the fewest possible miles or points for clients based in the U.S. and Canada. We will analyze the points in all of your loyalty programs and strategize on how to maximize your points for your desired trip.
How long have you been booking award tickets?
We have been researching and booking award airline tickets since 2008. We understand the nuances of all of the airline frequent flyer programs, hotel loyalty programs, and credit card programs that allow points to be transferred to airline partners.
Do you book airline tickets anywhere?
Our specialty is booking airline tickets for international destinations. Tell us where you want to go, and we will let you know if we can help. Don’t have enough miles for your whole family to fly Business Class? We will book a mix of Business and Coach tickets.
What do you charge to book an award ticket?
Our fees are based on your destination and the number of segments in your itinerary. We encourage you to contact us to discuss your trip. During the telephone call, we will review your trip and available loyalty points and confirm if there is a fit between your needs and our services, or we will let you know if there is a low probability of finding award tickets based on your travel plans and your portfolio of loyalty points. Once we know there is a fit, we will be happy to discuss our fees.
How do your fees compare to other companies?
We are the only company that offers concierge award ticketing services. No other company offers the breadth of services we do, or remains involved in your trip until you return home. As a result, our fees are higher than online-only companies—but so is the value you will receive from us. Our business has been built on repeat customers, and referrals from our clients. How do you charge?
We take a credit card payment upfront before we start our search for you. If we are unsuccessful in obtaining suitable award tickets (you decide what is suitable), we will refund 50% of our fee. Refunds rarely happen, since we always do our due diligence before we agree to take on your award flight search.
Do you work with international clients?
Currently, we only work with clients originating from the U.S. and Canada.
Do you advertise?
Our business has grown rapidly as a result of clients referring us to their friends and family. If you have found us through our website and wish to speak to an existing client about their experience, we would be happy to arrange a conversation. We have never advertised our services because we just don’t need to.
